The inspection process consists of two parts:

● Arrival Condition Report: ACR or arrival condition report is generated when the dealer performs the quality checks of the delivered product to ensure it is in ideal condition. It acts as a guarantee certificate to the OEM. A separate ACR is needed for each unit which includes a complete list of checks performed on the product at the delivery time. Any issues, if noticed, are reported to the OEM through the quality inspection report portal.

● Pre-delivery Inspection: PDI is the final inspections carried out at the dealership before actually handing out the product to the customer. This is done to make sure that the final product is ready, minimize the chances of product recall.
